Foxford Hills Golf Club offers two basic types of golf outings: consecutive tee time outings and shotguns. We focus on making the process easy for you.
CONSECUTIVE TEE TIME OUTINGS IN 2012
Consecutive tee time outings are for groups of 12 to 80 players. All players tee off from hole #1 in consecutive order based on an assigned tee time given by the club. The various packages and rate schedules follow below. All consecutive tee time outing packages start after 9:00 AM.

Guarantees for weekday shotgun outings are based on your final count at the 14-day point prior to your outing. For example, if you contract for 120 at the time of booking, you may not go below 108 players. Therefore, you would be charged for 108 players even if you only had 100 golfers actually come the day of the outing. Thus, your initial booking number and final count at the 14-day point is very critical to the monies owed to Foxford Hills. Any additions to the outing after the 14-day point when final balance is paid, will be charged the nominal fee for the outing immediately.

If you book for 144 players your group will be responsible for a minimum of 130 players.

If you book for 130 players your group will be responsible for a minimum of 117 players.

If you book for 120 players you will be responsible for a minimum of 108 players.

If you book for 110 players your group will be responsible for a minimum of 99 players.

If you book for 100 players your group will be responsible for a minimum of 90 players.

If you book for 90 players you will be responsible for a minimum of 81 players.

If you book for 80 players you will be responsible for a minimum of 72 players.

If you book for 72 players you will be responsible for a minimum of 64 players.
SATURDAY-SUNDAY

Special Note: Weekend shotgun outings will be dependent upon club approval. Weekend shotgun outings event coordinators will need to guarantee a minimum of 100 players at $140 per player. Shotguns would go off at 1:30PM as long as no weather delays occurred prior to their outing. Delays may occur throughout the season. Funds for weekend shotgun outings are due 30 days prior to the event.
PAYMENT METHODOLOGY FOR SHOTGUN OUTINGS

For shotgun outings, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is needed to hold the date and time. The deposit needs to be brought to 50% within 30 days of the outing. The remainder balance of 50% is due 14 days prior to the outing. The only exception being for weekend outings whereby all funds are due 30 days prior to the event after the initial $1,000 deposit.

If you are booking within the 30-day window, the above schedule for deposits will apply and the full balance may be due dependent upon the day the group has booked the event. No exceptions to the deposit schedule will apply.

As stated above, the final balance is due 14 days prior to the event for shotgun outings. FOXFORD HILLS GOLF CLUB accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARDS. If you pay with a personal check, your driver’s license number and phone number will need to be written on the check. Cashier checks are preferred. All checks need to be made payable to FOXFORD HILLS GOLF CLUB. A NSF check will be charged $35.00.

SHOTGUN RAIN OUT POLICY - If your shotgun outing is rained out, the club will not refund monies to the group. In lieu of the refund, each member of the outing will receive a rain check for golf and cart and a meal ticket and a fountain drink ticket to use within two months of the rain-out. No exceptions or extensions will be made on the certificate. If the group decides to have the banquet than a golf/cart rain check will only be issued.
