BOOK A TEE TIME
Thanks for booking your tee time on our web site! The following policies and procedures are in effect and the policies herein are enforced. We have designed our policies to accommodate a smooth and fast booking. Please read through our policy and click on the agreement at the bottom to book a tee time online. There is no fee for booking on our website. We look forward to having you as a guest at Foxford Hills Golf Club.
WEBSITE BOOKING POLICIES

All fees are due upon arrival at the golf club.

No shows will be charged.

Tee time may be scheduled 8 days in advance on-line.

A minimum of 2 players are required to make a tee time on-line.

Single players are encouraged to make a tee time by phone. Please call the golf shop at (847) 639-0400.

Up to 8 players may make a tee time on-line.

Group outings of 9 or more players require a written contract and are accepted up to a year in advance by speaking to the General Manager, John Miles or Assistant Manager, Pat Katchmar.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations and/or changes to the booking must be made by phone or in person no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. If reservation or change to reservation is not canceled by this time, the credit card holder will be responsible for all applicable posted full price fees for all players booked with the credit card being automatically charged. Cancellation or changes cannot be made on the web site.
RAIN CHECK POLICY
If inclement weather threatens the course and play is suspended, we will issue each person a rain check after a thirty (30) minute delay based on the following guidelines. Any golfer who has played less than 9 holes will be issued an 18-hole rain check. Any golfer who has played 9 holes will be issued a 9-hole rain check. If a golfer is playing 9-holes, the golfer would be issued a 9-hole rain check.
All rainchecks must be used in the year issued! No exceptions! Thank you!
RESERVATIONS
Reservations for up to eight players may be made 8 days in advance by telephone and 8 days in advance on-line at foxfordhillsgolfclub.com. For group outings of 12 or more players, reservations are accepted up to 1 year in advance by calling the golf shop at (847) 639-0400.
